Meeting Information Form

Please print a copy of Blank Update Form.pdf (or Blank Update Form.rtf) and send it to the Central Office, 321 North Aviador Street, Suite 115, Camarillo, CA, 93010. Add the names of the Alternate IGR, the Alternate GSR, and a Group Contact on the back of the forms you printed.

Service Sign Up Sheet

There are many ways you can help Alcoholics Anonymous carry its message to the suffering alcoholic. If you want to volunteer for a service commitment, please print the Service Sign Up Sheet, fill it out showing your preference of Service Area, and send it to the Central Office.

The Tradition Newsletter Subscription Form

Please print Subscription Form to obtain a form for subscribing to the  Central Office monthly newsletter, The Tradition. Send that form, along with a check for $5.00 to Ventura County Central Service Office (321 North Aviador Street, Suite 115, Camarillo, CA, 93010) for a year's subscription.
